[ his brow quirks up, expression reading are you questioning me? but Jayce listens and agrees to his terms, so he doesn't say anything more on the matter. it is setting a boundary, partly to ensure Jayce is good for following directions, but also ... they shouldn't be pretending this is anything more than it is. Viktor knows without a doubt, if Jayce kisses him, he's going to lose what remaining composure he has.

You listen so well. [ slowly, his hands start travelling south, down over Jayce's neck, the slightest pressure against his throat. testing. then to his shoulders, his blunt nails dragging across his skin. he leans in to whisper in Jayce's ear. ] You've thought about this before. Tell me about it.
[oh, if Viktor kissed him int might be all over. he'd do his best to listen and restrain himself but he's certain it wouldn't be for long.
